Regulatory Coordinator

Candidate will work to ensure compliance of medical devices with the FDA Unique Device Identification (UDI) regulations. This person will review documents, collect data, enter data, and assist in process improvement. This is a non-lab position.


  • Handling, reviewing, and entering data associated with FDA Unique Device Identification regulations
  • Data entry and data review
  • Organize and maintain updated division spreadsheets using Excel
  • Collect documentation for various products
  • Must be highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at once


  • BS in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related science
  • 1-2 years professional experience
  • Experience with databases, Excel, and other spreadsheets
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in an office setting; as this position is not laboratory or engineering focused
