Marketing Coordinator / Junior Designer

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help assist our lead Graphic Designer by creating and editing creative content. In this role you’ll help the Graphic Designer move projects forward, you’ll also own putting the finishing touches on promotional material and maintaining our brand aesthetic through your edits. This role requires an organized and motivated candidate who works well under pressure. They will be responsible for a variety of marketing activities and projects to promote the Pace Analytical brand name awareness. This position will have hands-on involvement in a variety of outbound and inbound marketing actions to stimulate business. This role will require approximately 50% graphic design work and 50% project management and additional marketing tasks.


  • Aids Graphic Artist in the completion of projects including the creation of professional physical and digital copy
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
  • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Acts as a key liaison to each division. This person would project manage and delegate among these groups, as well as present them with new marketing ideas produced from the team.
  • Manages quarterly and monthly newsletters
  • Manages projects as needed

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficiency in InDesign
  • Experience in Photoshop
  • Must have a strong eye for business marketing material and excellent creativity
  • Must have excellent people skills and a positive attitude
  • Written and verbal communication skills must be at a very high level
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills are a must
  • PC literacy and strong with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Excel)
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivator willing to take on projects from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator
