Overview

We are looking for a results driven individual to help our Laboratory Operations Instrument Support Group (ISG) sales team in daily activities and revenue generation. This individual will research, plan and execute lead generation activities including local and national accounts along with assisting in marketing, quoting, and promotional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with AEs (Account Executives) to address local & national accounts
  • Make initial customer calls
  • Assist in preparation of lead generation plan for local/national coverage with GM and AEs
  • Territory coverage through a focused plan developed with GM and AEs
  • Track results and potential business through the system
  • Assist with marketing materials and efforts for certain markets/regions
  • Execute mass email campaign

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with telemarketing/lead generation preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Detail oriented
