The Administrative Coordinator will provide a broad range of divisional administrative support in our human resources department. The Administrative Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to the recruiters, hiring managers, employees and candidates. This position will respond appropriately through phone or email, coordinate/schedule new hire orientations, verify I-9's, verify and maintain pre-employment customer specific document requirement tracking to ensure data integrity and compliance and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Additional duties include generating weekly & monthly reports, accurately prepare and process HR transactions (new hire/termination; benefit related; employment related paperwork), enter data and maintain HR employee information system, and assist with audits. This position will serve as a resource for company policies utilizing good judgment, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when responding to benefits, payroll and other employee inquiries. This position will perform other miscellaneous duties as required in support of the division's Human Resources Department. This is an entry level (hourly) position. Wage rate range is $15.00 - $16.00/hour commensurate with experience, background and skills.

Our department is a very fast paced, busy and at times can be stressful. However, the department does survive on the humor and fun that we incorporate. We are a very close team and practice consistent, open communication.
The hours are 7:30am to 5pm Mondays, 8am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Thursday and 8am to 3:30pm Fridays (required to meet our customers' demands).
