Quality Complaint Coordinator


Manage and support complaint handling workflow for one or more products. Assure appropriate prioritization and timely closure of complaints. Assure compliance with all Semi-Conductor/ Electronic Industry and Automotive Standards and Regulations and internal procedures related to complaint handling. This is a non-lab role.


  • Manage complaint handling workflow
  • Meet daily team and individual complaint handling output goals
  • Perform complaint investigation to either close the complaint or determine need for more in-depth analysis
  • Data entry and document retention needed for documentation of complaints
  • Process complaint events as required per internal and semi-conductor/electronic industry and automotive standards and regulations


  • Bachelor’s degree in the sciences - Physics degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional industry experience 
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to learn new computer software quickly and experience with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great reading comprehension
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Project management & problem solving skills
  • Positive & friendly disposition, calm demeanor, and interacts pleasantly with customers on the phone
  • Abilities to work independently and improve a complaint-handling system, as well as training others on it in the future
