Our Instrument Support Group (ISG) allows chemists to do hands-on work and interact directly with our clients. ISG provides services related to instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, GC, GC/MS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, IC, and Dissolution. While the instrumentation is complex, our Instrument Support Group has an extensive training program for new employees, as well as ongoing training to ensure that our employees’ capabilities meet the needs of our clients. Members of our team possess multifaceted skill sets, including technical capabilities, customer service, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting/problem resolution techniques. The Instrument Support Group has been operating for fifteen years, achieving rapid and steady growth on an annual basis. This growth allows multiple advancement opportunities for our employees as we continue to expand in the MN market as well as IL, IN, NC, CA, and TX and other regions of the United States.
Our Instrument Service Specialist provides customers with a variety of support services, including routine maintenance, operational and performance testing, hardware and software troubleshooting, instrument repair, and personnel training.
