The Hazard Communication Specialist will author Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), monitor regulatory changes and apply changes to product hazard communication documentation. This is a mid-level regulatory services position working with high-performance plastic and resin products.


  • Work with clients and vendors to collect chemical regulatory data and ensure entry of necessary data into client system
  • Responsible for collecting and interpreting SDSs, regulatory information, and other hazard communication documents
  • Generate SDSs to GHS and client specifications
  • Independently work within specific computer programs and databases
  • Begin to interpret new regulatory rules or changes to ensure that they are communicated through project team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Health, Public Health, Biology, or related Science
  • Knowledge of GHS and hazard communication/analysis
  • Proficient with computer databases with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
