This candidate will provide hazard communication and regulatory support to our customers. They will work closely with SDS software (GSM) designers. The individual in this role needs to feel comfortable working independently and confident about their knowledge regarding toxicology and chemical classifications.


  • Work with clients and vendors to collect chemical regulatory data and ensure entry of necessary data into client system
  • Responsible for collecting and interpreting SDSs, regulatory information, and other hazard communication documents
  • Generate SDSs and labels to GHS and client specifications
  • Independently work within specific computer programs and databases
  • Begin to interpret new regulatory rules or changes to ensure that they are communicated through project team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Health, Public Health, Biology, or related Science
  • Deep understanding of hazard communication and chemical hazard analysis
  • Experience working with R&D chemists, supply chain, and sales team to get products shipped
  • Experience with authoring SDSs and shipping labels
  • DOT experience and County Specific (section 15) knowledge
  • Motivated self-starter, manages time, and is highly efficient
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
