We are actively seeking a seasoned candidate with experience reporting into senior line management to act as our technical recruiter to support the growth in our Woburn, MA location.  One of the primary job responsibilities will be to act as the central point of contact for external recruiting firms on a national level. Additional job responsibilities include establishing relationships with target universities to promote Wolfe Laboratories post-doc placement program, limited recruiting for other PLS locations, and basic human resource administration for the Woburn, MA location.  The ideal candidate will thrive working in a highly dynamic, team oriented environment and share the common goal of providing reliable and scientifically sound services to our clients as a means to facilitate the development of new therapies to benefit human health. 


  • Provide the insight, drive, and expertise required to create and implement staffing programs that will attract and hire top professionals, especially PhDs within the biopharmaceutical drug development space
  • Provide full life cycle recruiting support including job description development, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing of high quality candidates
  • Support local human resources administration with support from Pace corporate offices
  • Establish, develop, and lead a post-doc placement program with targeted universities as a means to attract entry level PhD scientists to support new service offering development and/or expand current capabilities


  • Bachelor’s degree with significant academic achievement
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with technical recruiting
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a pharmaceutical, CRO, or similar environment preferred
  • In depth experience and success with full life cycle recruiting of highly desirable technical talent
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing both active and passive candidates in a competitive environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience reporting to senior management
  • Experience recruiting science or engineering PhDs in a competitive marketing place
